Vinnie was born in Western Massachusetts, has visited 25+ countries, living briefly in Sicily, and is proud to have returned home to the Pioneer Valley with his husband of 40+ years and two doggies. Over the years he has worked for MIT, founded several businesses, and is currently a REALTOR® specializing in under-represented communities and Seniors.
Why Engage:Deerfield Matters:
Getting involved and building community is crucial for small towns to thrive. Engage: Deerfield provides opportunities for residents to learn about our town and how to get involved. Though my involvement with Engage: Deerfield, I have met some wonderful members of the community and am building lasting ties.

Though my involvement with Engage: Deerfield, I have met some wonderful members of the community and am building lasting ties.
Career Moments
- After a friend was repeatedly told over the years that she’d never be able to own her own home, I worked with her to not only guide her on the path to homeownership, but to also be a landlord for her owner-occupied 2-unit home.
- I’ve had the honor of officiating at the weddings and other important events of many of my dearest and oldest friends.
- Vinnie has met a surprisingly large number of media personalities including Charo and George Takei. He’s a big Gilmore Girls fan, and his favorite superhero is Wonder Woman.
- As a legally ordained clergy member, in 1993 Vinnie had the privilege to be a representative to the 100th anniversary of the Council for a Parliament of the World’s Religions in Chicago where the Dalai Lama was the guest of honor.
- Vinnie’s favorite place in Deerfield is the amazing pond in his yard, especially in the morning when he can watch the otters and herons while sipping coffee (or a glass or wine, depending on the hour!).
- A close second would be hiking Mt. Sugarloaf with it’s wonderful hiking and views.
